Ingredients
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 
3/4 cup of egg whites (4 eggs)

  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
 
  • 1/2 C plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 scoops of BOOBIE* Body Vanilla Cookie
  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Optional: chopped walnuts or chocolate chips.

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth
  3. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray
  4. 
Bake for 11-13 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
