Order Processing

Colson Health, Inc. processes, fulfills and ships orders within 24 hours for orders placed Monday - Thursdays. Orders placed on Friday after 9 am PST through Sunday will process and ship on the following Monday. We use USPS Priority, UPS/FedEx ground and first-class mail and tracking will be provided according to each vendors’ standards. Most customers receive their order within 2-5 business days depending on location, weather conditions, and high traffic holiday seasons. We are closed for major holidays and ship the following day.  We cannot cancel orders after they are received including subscription renewals because they are processed immediately (we are faster than Amazon LOL) and they are waiting on a loading dock waiting to be scanned. 

Shipping Rates

All U.S. orders over $60 US Dollars ship for free. All U.S. orders $59.00 or less will ship for a flat rate of $7.00 via Priority Mail, first class, or UPS/FedEx ground for larger orders. For orders that contain a Subscriptions, we offer free shipping. Tracking is provided once your order is fulfilled. Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for your tracking number to be live in each shipping vendors system.

International Shipping 

We only ship Internationally to Canada. All Canada orders over $100 ship for free. All Canada orders $99 or less ship for a flat rate of $25 which is applied automatically at checkout. (We are not responsible for duty and export fees which USPS and FedEx charge as your items go through customs). Please email us at for cost if interested in an international subscription of our products. Most international packages arrive in 7-10 days. 

Return Policy on Website Orders

For the safety of our customers, once an order is delivered, Boobie Bar®, Boobie Bark™, Boobie Bears™ and all forms of single serving Boobie Body® shake sales are final. We do accept returns on unopened (outer safety seal intact) on Boobie Body ® 20 serving tubs, sealed Hydromom bags, and unused shaker bottles/quenchers. However, return shipping charges will be paid by the customer, must be received within 14 days of receipt and are subject to a $5 restocking fee. Shipping charges paid will not be refunded from original order.  We encourage all our customers to use our sampler pack as an option in choosing your favorite flavor(s).  


Subscriptions can be cancelled any time before the order renews. We process orders immediately and ship same day. Once your shipment has processed at 12 midnight, any adjustments made to your subscription will apply to FUTURE orders only.  As a courtesy to our valued subscription customers, we offer a 3-day reminder via email to provide 72 hours to make any adjustments to your upcoming shipment before it is processed. Once an order renews it cannot be cancelled, but you can log into your account and cancel and prevent future orders from shipping. If you chose to checkout as a guest on your initial order then you need to still set up your account. Please email our customer service at at anytime for assistance.
