Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice (our most popular are oat and unsweetened almond)
  • 1 scoop of Chocolate Bliss Boobie Body
  • 1 1/2 tablspoons of chia seeds (or any other source of fiber!)
  • 1 scoop of sugar free chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop of almond or peanut butter (optional)
  • Sea salt (optional)
Directions

1. Add all liquid ingredients to a blender, followed by dry ingredients

2. Blend until smooth, adding milk as needed

3. Let chill for one hour

4. Top with additional chocolate chips or sea salt

5. Top with crumbled Boobie Bark for an extra crunch (optional)
