  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • ¼ cup oats
  • ¼  tbsp carrots, finely shredded
  • ¼  tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp maple syrup 
  • cinnamon to taste

1. Pour almond milk, oats, shredded carrots, and walnuts into a mason jar

2. Mix in ground cinnamon and maple syrup 

3. Cover and refridgerate overnight 

4. Enjoy!
