REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Boobie* Superfoods items purchased from boobiesuperfoods.com are eligible for return  within 30 days of delivery with Onward VIP Protection. Items must be sealed, unused, undamaged, and in new condition. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

No Onward? No problem! You can still return eligible items within 14 days of receipt.   Items must be sealed, unused, undamaged, and in new condition. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. A $7 restocking fee will apply and original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

We do offer exchanges on Bralettes. However, the item must be unworn, undamaged and item must have original tags attached.

Exclusions

Boobie* Superfoods Refund & Return policy excludes items that are marked Final Sale, received for free through a giveaway or other special promotion, or purchased on third-party sites.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, breast pumps and items purchased as Final Sale are ineligible for return or exchange. 

Final sale items - Not eligible for returns: 

• Items sold in Bundles and Kits (e.g., Milk Maker Kit, Try Me Kit, Sampler Pack, etc.).
• Passive Pumps
• Panties
• Hydromom
• Single-serving Protein Powder

Returned items are subject to approval by Boobie* Superfoods; items that are not in new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with tags still attached or items that display visible signs of usage, wear, etc., are not eligible for refund or exchange.

RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Onward VIP Protection+ and are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged. If you are dissatisfied, Onward will work with us to make it right. Onward covers the subtotal minus shipping of the order on returns of new items and we provide store credits for open products. 

Our shipping carriers are notified of delivery issues, if the results of their investigations verify it was delivered correctly no refunds issued, only store credits. Theft is not covered. If you need to file a claim you can email us at hello@boobiesuperfoods.com.com to have us assist you with a claim.

If you do not select Onward your initial shipping charges will not be refunded; only the returned items are eligible for refund. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return. 

Purchases made on Amazon and other Third Parties Items

Boobie Superfoods items purchased from other websites or third-party retailers are subject to each retailer’s return policy and will not be accepted through our website. Please contact the original seller directly for assistance.
