FAQs
What makes BOOBIE Lactation Cookie Bites different from other lactation cookies?

Most lactation cookies on the market are loaded with sugar, preservatives, and junky ingredients. BOOBIE Lactation Cookie Bites are:

● Certified Gluten-Free

● Certified Non-GMO

● Soy-Free, Dairy-Free & Preservative-Free

● Soft-baked & delicious

● Only 5g of sugar (that’s 1/3 the sugar of leading lactation cookies)

When is the best time to eat BOOBIE Lactation Cookie Bites?
Anytime you need a snack! But for milk support, we recommend eating them daily—especially during key milk-making moments like before or after nursing, pumping, or right before bed when prolactin levels naturally rise.
Do the cookies replace the BOOBIE Milk to the Max Lactation Bars?

Nope! They’re meant to complement each other. BOOBIE Bars are functional supplements with 1,480 mg of milk-boosting galactagogues—designed to replace teas and pills. Just one bar a day promotes milk supply. BOOBIE Lactation Cookie Bites are snackable, crave-worthy, healthy treats to eat when you're hungry, pumping, nursing, or traveling.

Together, they’re the ultimate milk-making duo!.

What are the ingredients that make the cookies lactation-worthy?

They’re functional, wholesome, and good for everyone—whether you’re making milk or just making it through the day.

  • Oats
A time-tested galactagogue rich in beta-glucan and iron, oats may help increase prolactin,
the hormone responsible for milk production.
Study: Makimura, H., et al. (2011). Journal of Nutrition and Lactation Studies, 5(3), 45–50.
  • Flaxseeds
Loaded with lignans (phytoestrogens) and omega-3s, flaxseeds may support hormonal
balance and enhance the quality and fat content of breast milk.
Study: Goyal, A., et al. (2014). Journal of Food Science and Technology, 51(9), 1633–1653.
  • Dates
Naturally sweet and nutrient-dense, dates have been clinically shown to increase milk volume
    when consumed daily.
    Study: Al-Sahhaf, S.A., et al. (2021). Breastfeeding Medicine, 16(10), 778–782.
  • Inulin (Prebiotic Fiber)
A gentle, gut-friendly fiber that may support lactation by promoting maternal and infant gut
health, immune function, and mineral absorption.
    Study: Barrett, H. L., et al. (2018). Nutrients, 10(6), 761.
Can I eat BOOBIE Lactation Cookie Bites during pregnancy or if I formula feed?

Because all moms deserve a clean, crave-worthy snack—without all the junk.

Crave-worthy. Milk-worthy. Mom-worthy.

Taste just like a plain peanut

"Very sad it didn’t have good flavor all it is a ball of unsalted peanuts rolled in unflavored chocolate no flavor at all. I’m not even wanting to eat another two again that’s how unlikely I would ever buy or try the cookies. Like a glob of black goo rolled in peanuts unsalted or flavored. Not appetizing at all. And only has about 8 balls in there not worthy of the price it’s listed at all! No worth it"

Incredible

"I absolutely adore these lactation cookies! I recently added this item to my cart to try them out, and I thoroughly enjoyed them! I could easily finish the entire bag. LOL. Currently, I’m 32 weeks pregnant (mom of three) and hoping that these cookies will help boost my milk supply. I actually ordered another set of brownie fudge. I’ll definitely try a different flavor next time. Perhaps, birthday cake will be next on my list!"

— Aejay (. (5/5)

These are so good!

"I’m a snacker, and I’ve been looking for heathy options to support my breastfeeding journey. These taste delicious and are actually healthy!"

— Torie P. (5/5)

Birthday Cake

"I recommend these cookies as an alternative to a sweet treat. I have leaned toward these instead of eating snack cakes and I have been able to maintain losing postpartum weight. They are so filling! I bought the 2 bag bundle and I’ve already eaten an entire bag and I eat the recommended serving (3 cookies) only one time a day! I have definitely seen an increase in my supply as I was making 32oz a day to my most recent 24 hour tracking was up to 47oz! I give 4 stars for the birthday cake only for the flavor as it doesn’t truly reflect the traditional birthday cake flavor I guess as I expected, but overall they’re still yummy. I’m actually just about to purchase the chocolate ones because I’m impressed with the results when I look at the overall expectation when buying this product. 10/10 recommend for sure."

"Really works !!!"

Yummy but faulty bags

"I got the birthday cake bites and they're very delicious. Not too sweet not too bitter they're perfect for late night pumping sessions. The bags leave much to be desired though. I don't know if it was just my batch or if more will be this way but as soon as I opened the bags the "zip lock" section separated it self from the bag and I had to use an actual ziplock bag to keep them fresh."

— Mandie (3/5)

finally a gluten free lactation cookie

"Although these are not the same as hard crunchy lactation cookies, I love that they are gluten-free and 1/3 the sugar since I want to lose this baby weight. I love the birthday cake with a cup of tea in the morning and the peanut cone as a dark chocolate treat after dinner. Thank you BOOBIE, for a healthy lactation cookie option to use with the supplement Milk to the Max bars."

— Lara C. (5/5)

Tasty!

"I love these bites! I personally love the brownie and cake ones the most, and they are great for when you’re pumping."

— Lauren B. (5/5)

Love it

"I love it. It's perfect for snacks, the taste is very good"

— Lisarina C. (5/5)

Love!

"I did expect the product to taste very good but they’re so delicious! I would drink/eat all of these even if I wasn’t trying to increase my milk supply!"

— Kendall W. (5/5)
